Ingredients

Directions

  1. Cut the passionfruit in halves.
  2. Use a spoon to scoop out the pulp into a bowl or blender. I like to use my Magic Bullet blender to then blend the passionfruit and 1/2 cup of water until the seeds are separated from the pulp.
  3. Once blended, use a fine mesh strainer and pour the juice into a pitcher.
  4. Use remaining water to pour over the seeds as you are trying to get as much of the pulp separated from the seed as possible. Some people do enjoy the seeds as well but we enjoy this drink best without.
  5. If your fruit is strong and tart then you would want to sweeten to your liking. My family enjoys this juice a bit stronger so we add 1/3 cup of unfiltered raw honey
  6. and two tablespoons of pure vanilla extract.
  7. Add ice and you can garnish this with fresh mint leaves
  8. Enjoy!
