This starter plant is well rooted and grows fast! This beautiful plant will be shipped with its roots wrapped in moist sphagnum moss and some plastic wrap.

NOTICE: If your plant arrives badly damaged I will need photo proof within 24 hours of delivery. I will need photos of the box and the plant in order to send out a replacement.

A leaf that comes off during shipment or minor branch breakage does not constitute serious damage.

I will only replace the plant if it is badly broken, crushed, or dead on arrival.

Some wilting and/or yellowing of leaves or leaf lose it normal from the stress of shipping.

if your plant arrives wilted just pot it and water it well it will perk up quickly.

Please keep all damaged goods until the issue has been resolved. Do not discard the plant or shipping box.

Do not place this young plant in direct sunlight. Gradually introduce it to more sun over the coarse of a few weeks. These plants prefer full morning sun and light shade during the afternoon.

Use a heating lamp or a warm spot in home if you experience temperatures below 40F. They will not survive extremely cold temperatures.

You will sometimes have yellowing leaves this is normal as the leaves go through natural leaf death.

WARNING: Always retrieve packages from the mail as soon as it is delivered. If left in a mailbox during freezing temps it will kill the plant(s). If left in mailbox during extreme heat it will kill the plant(s), It is the buyers responsibility to track the package and get it as soon as it is delivered.

Seller not responsible for plants that are dead due to being left out in the mailbox in extreme heat or cold.

There is no cause for alarm.

As long as the main stem is not broken and is healthy your plant will be just fine.

If the plant is wilted upon arrival, just water it and keep in shade until it has perked back up.
